Prior to joining the firm, he was the managing shareholder at a local CPA firm and a tax manager with a national accounting firm. He is responsible for complex accounting, audit, business consulting, tax planning and litigation support services. Ryan’s specialty is helping clients through complicated tax situations and representing them in all IRS matters. Ryan has 25 years of industry experience in leadership roles. His technical knowledge and experience have given him the ability to take seemingly difficult and complex financial situations and put them in terms that his clients can relate to and take action on. Ryan views his work as a responsibility to provide the best tax and financial advice he can to help his clients, their families and their businesses. He attended Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where he graduated with both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting. He and his wife, Ronda, have two children, Rhett and Ann Margaret. His interests include spending time with his family, hunting, boating and participating in various community activities and organizations, such as the Three Rivers Council (Boy Scouts of America), Beaumont Chamber of Commerce, All Faiths Day School, First United Methodist Church Council and Southeast Texas Chapter of Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (board member).
